Median age was 71 years (interquartile range, 63\u221276 years) and 763 (66%) were male. Patient presentation changed with\u00a0<a class=\"topic-link\" title=\"Learn more about epigastric discomfort from ScienceDirect's AI-generated Topic Pages\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/topics\/medicine-and-dentistry\/epigastric-discomfort\">epigastric discomfort<\/a>\u00a0now the most common presentation (67%).
